Refund/Return Policy

  • Lipglosses, bracelets. and hair accessories will not be returned/ exchanged under any circumstances

  • Only items wrongly sent to customers will be returned/ exchangeable

  • Exchanges are acceptable within 5 days

  • Watches , glasses, stanley cups can be returned, however you will be responsible for the delivery fee and should there be a fault/ damage, I will liable for the damage and delivery

Please insure that you utlise our business card before considering to purchase and make sure you read the RETURN/REFUND POLICY before messaging us/ placing your order. Also we receive lots of oders so if you want us to send out order right away , unfortunately thats not going to be possible.
